CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Policies Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment. Retainers * A $40 non-refundable retainer is required for all full sets and will be applied toward your service total. * Retainers will be refunded if I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to a cancellation or reschedule on my end. Cancellations & Rescheduling * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * I understand that unexpected situations happen, but please be respectful of my time and schedule. Appointment Preparation * Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best application and retention. * Upon arrival, please wait in your vehicle or the designated waiting area until you receive a message that I am ready.
